Monart, main sponsor of the Kunthaus Baselland for Clément Cogitore

Main sponsor of Clément Cogitore’s exhibition
Monart will appear for the first time as the main sponsor of the Kunsthaus Baselland for the Clément Cogitore’s solo exhibition. It’s among monart art collection very first acquisition.
This video artist has won several awards, including the Marcel Duchamp Prize 2018. He already runs his own studio at the Beaux-Arts in Paris. “He is an international Frenchman who exhibits all over the world with contracts until 2023”, explains Eva Hober, monart’s Chief Art Officer.

The first International Art Collection
Eva Hober has joined monart, as Chief Art Officer to create the first international Art Collection for monart. Art Basel 2019 will allow her to begin her acquisitions, to explore future partnerships with institutions to support exhibitions and artists to create artworks. “Eva Hober will help us to build a very high quality art collection and develop our investment platform,” concludes Pauline Houl, monart co-founder and CEO, based in Beijing.

With Eva Hober, monart has appointed Christophe Durand-Ruel (ex-Christie’s) as Special Art Advisor.
“History will remember that 150 years ago, Paul Durand-Ruel, Christophe’s great-great-grandfather, created the model of art galleries, and today Christophe Durand-Ruel invents, with monart, the economic model of 21st century art,” explains Malo Girod de l’Ain. “monart can allow us to buy digital art without having to give it at home.
